Paul Inson Vice President Human Resources

As the VP of Human Resources, Paul’s role is instrumental in recruiting and retaining the nation’s top customer care representatives. He is also responsible for supporting the complex needs of the company’s extensive network of virtual employees. Under his guidance, Alpine Access has cultivated an internal company culture that quickly embraces new hires and rewards top performers. By aligning Alpine Access’ people strategy and programs with the company’s business goals, Paul helps facilitate effective and efficient business growth.

Paul has 20 years of experience in broad human resources including directing all aspects of an organization’s HR policies, objectives and initiatives. Before coming to Alpine Access, Paul provided staffing solutions for 3,000 employees as the Director of Staffing and Recruitment for Capgemini. Paul also held human resource positions for Interlink Group and R.L. Polk & Company.

Paul graduated with distinction from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Management.
