Paul Inson, Vice President, Human Resources

Paul recently joined Alpine Access’ management team as Vice President of Human Resources. Paul leads the human resource and recruiting functions of the company to identify and retain the nation’s top customer care representatives, as well as support the complex needs of the company’s extensive network of virtual employees. Under his guidance, Alpine Access has cultivated an internal company culture that quickly embraces new hires and rewards top performance. By aligning Alpine Access’ people strategy and programs with the company’s business goals, Paul plays a significant role in facilitating effective and efficient business growth.

Paul has 20 years of experience in broad human resources including directing all aspects of an organization’s HR policies, objectives and initiatives. Before coming to Alpine Access, Paul provided staffing solutions for 3,000 employees as the Director of Staffing and Recruitment for Capgemini Americas Outsourcing. Paul also held human resource positions for Interlink Group and R.L. Polk & Company.

Paul graduated with distinction from University of Michigan-Dearborn with a B.B.A. in Management.
