• The ability to be on the Internet and on the phone at the same time without the use of a cell phone or IP phone. - You are required to have one of these three types of phone service: 1.) A standard land line (POTS) telephone company using a standard wire (dedicated copper pair to the home), 2.) Phone service provided by a cable television company where the cable television company installed the phone line and installed a battery backup, or 3.) A phone line that includes fiber optic that was installed by local telephone company, has a battery backup, and does not connect through a cable modem, DSL modem, router, or coaxial cable. If you are unsure what type of phone service you have, please contact your provider before applying.
• A corded headset with a noise-canceling microphone. The headset must be corded and plug into a corded telephone to allow you to work hands-free.
• Once you have been offered a position with the company, you will be required to pay for and pass a background check. The background check also includes a credit check. A passing credit result is required to become a new employee. A passing credit result is having four or fewer negatives in the last four years. Negatives include collection accounts, unpaid charge-offs, public records which include liens on assets, and repossessions. If you are not sure you will meet these specific credit requirements, please request a copy of your credit report (such as with TRANSUNION at www.annualcreditreport.com ) and review this report. Please note that our credit report might differ slightly from the credit report that you obtain. The cost of the entire background check is a flat $45.00 fee payable by credit card or debit card through a secure, Web-based system. The position offered may also require a drug test. There will be no additional charge for the drug test.
