Q: Do you pay by the hour, or by the call?
A: We pay all employees for the hours they work, regardless of whether they are on calls, or available to take the next call. As an employee you’ll know what you are paid. Unlike an independent contractor you do not have to depend on juggling multiple lines of business to make the “typical” rate.
A: We pay every two weeks.
Q: What is the process for sending/receiving pay?
A: We encourage all employees to be paid via direct deposit into their bank accounts. Since different states have different requirements, please ask this question as part of your interview process if you have specific needs or concerns.
Q: If I prefer to receive a check in the mail, is that an option?
A: As a general rule, we do not provide this option at this time. Since different states have different requirements, please ask this question as part of your interview process if you have specific needs or concerns.
A: After three months of service, working an average of 20 hours per week with Alpine Access, you will be eligible for our voluntary benefit program that leverages our large number of employees to get great rates on medical, dental and vision insurance for you and your family. For qualified employees, we also offer a matching 401(k) plan.
