Alpine Access Announces Brad Krinhop as SVP of Operations

Krinhop adds leadership and experience from Fortune 500 companies

Golden, CO - January 19, 2006 - Alpine Access, Inc., the leading provider of outsourced call center solutions using home-based agents, today announced the addition of Brad Krinhop as senior vice president of operations.

In his new position, Krinhop is responsible for managing the operation of Alpine Access' home-based call center employees taking customer calls for clients including J.Crew, Office Depot, 1-800 Flowers and the Internal Revenue Service. His primary focus will be on the client services metrics, quality and operational processes ensuring that clients receive the full benefit of Alpine Access' premier contact center services. He will oversee an operations team that has enabled 60-70 percent growth since inception and expects to increase that rate for 2006.

Most recently during his 15 years of operations and management experience, Krinhop served as U.S. vice president of customer support for eBay. While at eBay, Krinhop managed more than 1,000 employees and 40 million contacts annually. He developed and launched multiple programs that made it safer and easier to access customer support through improved chat and fraud programs, while assisting in rapid global expansion.

Prior to eBay, Krinhop was the director of customer care operations for AT&T Broadband in Denver, CO. He was also the director of customer care and director of business development for Primestar/DirecTV. Krinhop started his career holding various positions with MCI Telecommunications and Netlink/TCI.

Krinhop holds a bachelor's degree from Colorado State University. He is an American Red Cross volunteer and a member of the organization's Corporate Advisory Council.
