Technology Expert Will Implement Latest IT Advancements to Benefit Both Clients and Company

Denver, CO - October 19, 2007 - Alpine Access, the premier provider of contact center solutions for brand-conscious companies, today announced the appointment of Dan Rojas as executive director of IT operations and engineering. In this role, Rojas will reinforce and broaden Alpine Access’ IT operations to ensure the highest quality of service and support the company’s overall growth.

Rojas has over 10 years of experience in the design, development and deployment of internet and infrastructure technology, strategies and policy. With his extensive knowledge of implementing new concepts and delivering business solutions, he will be responsible for ensuring that the company’s IT infrastructure, including networks, servers and all applications, is running properly and providing maximum value to customers and employees.

“I am thrilled to have someone of Dan’s IT caliber and with his proven success record join our executive team,“ said Christopher Carrington, chief executive office and president of Alpine Access. “IT leadership is a cornerstone of our successful home-based call center model. It is essential we keep up with the latest technology advancements to continue offering the operational efficiency, increased revenue and lower costs our customers count on. Dan will help provide the direction and leadership we need to stay on top.“

Rojas comes to Alpine Access from the 918th Business Solutions Group, which he founded to provide consulting and on-line back office services to micro-businesses. Before that, he spent nine years at the international data center and web hosting conglomerate, Inflow, Inc. While there he rose through the ranks to become Vice President of Engineering and Centralized Services where he managed multi-disciplined IT teams to develop and launch services including LAN/WAN management, network security, system monitoring, server management and co-location.

“At Alpine Access, the effort of each employee makes a difference in providing premium quality service. I’m excited to join the team and work to continuously improve the top and bottom line results our customers enjoy everyday,“ said Rojas. “I get to work with some of the smartest people in the industry who are taking the unique vision of home-based customer care and making it a thriving reality.“

In 2004, Rojas was recognized as one of the top four CIO’s in Colorado by the University of Colorado.

Rojas graduated from the United States Air Force Academy with a bachelors of science degree. His Air Force experience encompassed working with development teams to build, test and deploy complex air and space weapon systems. Rojas also holds a masters degree in business administration and accounting from Bentley Graduate School of Business in Waltham, MA.
