Alpine Access Hires Paul Inson as Vice President of Human Resources

Experienced Professional Makes Supplying Clients with the Best Agents a Top Priority

Denver, CO - January 21, 2008 - Alpine Access, the premier provider of contact center solutions for brand-conscious companies, today announced that Paul Inson has joined the Alpine Access team as vice president of human resources.

In this position, Inson will lead both the human resource and recruiting functions with responsibility for managing over 35 people. With a goal of supporting the company’s growth strategy by attracting and retaining the industry’s top talent, Inson will work hard to provide clients with agents that meet their specific requirements.

Inson has 20 years of experience in broad human resources including directing all aspects of an organization’s hr policies, objectives and initiatives. With his extensive knowledge of building programs that facilitate growth and create a more effective organization, Inson plans to further align Alpine Access’ people strategy and programs with its aggressive business goals.

Before coming to Alpine Access, Inson was the director of staffing and recruitment for Capgemini Americas Outsourcing where he provided efficient staffing solutions for the 3,000 employee organization. Prior to that, he was a vice president for Interlink Group, with responsibility for improving internal company culture, developing programs to quickly assimilate new employees, and overhauling reward & recognition plans. Inson also spent 10 years directing the human resource programs for R.L. Polk & Co.
