The over 14,000 square-foot office is in the Chancery building in Denver’s Capitol Hill/ Golden Triangle area. The building features state-of-the-art technology capabilities and spectacular views of downtown Denver, the Rocky Mountains and the eastern plains. The new space is nearly double the size of the previous location and was chosen because of its potential to accommodate future growth requirements with additional capacity. The central location also offers easier access for clients and employees.
Alpine Access worked closely with design experts and architects to custom design a space that reflects the company’s collaborative culture and places an emphasis on learning and training. As a result, the office features a large training facility that can accommodate multiple classes and supports distant learning with high-tech capabilities such as web conferencing and interactive classrooms. Another unique feature of the headquarters is the inclusion of a mock home office set-up to replicate the environment of a home agent. Complete with the customer service applications and technology available to each agent, this home office provides an effective way to test future advancements as well as a show case for new clients.
